How to swap your phone with Constant Upgrade:
1. Contact us through support@constantupgrade.com and let us know the tier and phone that you would like to swap.
2. We will email you a Swap Authorization number
3. Send your phone back to us insured for delivery confirmation
4. Upon receipt we will give your account credit for the value of the phone you'd like to receive in your tier
5. Log into your constant upgrade account and select your phone
6. Go through the normal checkout process, the price of your new phone handset will be zero, just select how fast you would like it shipped!
